Our Story

BlueCrest Apparel began as more than just an idea—it was born out of the brotherhood shared by four Johns Hopkins lacrosse teammates. What started as a class project has evolved into a business that represents the values we hold close: family, connection, and giving back to the game that shaped us.

Launched in the Spring of 2024, BlueCrest Apparel was created to bring branded merchandise to all who shared our values. Our mission? To design apparel and accessories that not only look great, but also carry the sense of brotherhood learned being members of the Johns Hopkins Men's Lacrosse team. We wanted our merchandise to foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie, both on and off the field.

During our first summer, we focused on face-to-face interactions, setting up tents at lacrosse tournaments across the Eastern Coast. It was just the four of us, traveling each weekend to meet the lacrosse families, players, and fans who make the sport so special.

Between practices, lifts, film sessions, games, and classes we built BlueCrest from the ground up, balancing our roles as student-athletes. BlueCrest allowed us to stay involved in the sport we love while giving back to the community that has supported us through the years.

Today, we’re excited to be growing beyond the field and onto the web, bringing the same passion and commitment to our online store and social media presence. BlueCrest is more than just apparel—it’s a family, and we’re thrilled to have you be a part of it.
